Graphic Designer / Media Designer (Digital) - 100% remote (m/w/d)

Hello – I'm Julian, founder of retentionclub and have been dealing with "customer retention measures" for e-commerce brands every day for over 4 years. My mission: help brands not just sell once, but build real fans. Tasks

• Designing layouts for emails & digital content
• Working with typography, colors, spacing, & structure
• Designing templates that are reusable & well-organized
• Visual development of existing designs
• Close coordination with me – you'll get clear feedback & space for your own ideas

Qualification

• You're a graphic designer or media designer
• You're sure to work with Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools
• You have a good feeling for layout, typography, & visual clarity
• You work structured and appreciate feedback
• You're open to learning new things – without pressure (CRM focus)
