Graphic Designer - Full Time (m/f/d)

We are looking for new employees (m/f/d) for the field of Graphic Design / Media Design, who will take real estate marketing to the next level with us.

You have an eye for design, typography, colors, and details, and you know how an idea develops into a strong visual appearance.

Your Responsibilities

As part of our team, you will be responsible for the graphic design and further development of our visual identity.

This includes in particular:

• Creation of online and offline advertising materials for our marketing campaigns

• Development of target-group-specific content for our communication channels

• Support during video and photo shoots

• Production of creative real estate videos and property presentations

• Design of high-quality real estate brochures and sales documents

• Creation of social media graphics and advertisements

• Design of content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other platforms

• Accompanying our agents in their daily work with the camera

• Visual further development of our corporate brand and personal brands

• Creation of storytelling concepts for properties and our company

• Video editing and professional post-production of materials

• Accompanying events, viewings, and special real estate projects

• Further development of our entire visual presence on social media

You will explicitly have the freedom to contribute your own ideas and try out new formats.

What You Should Bring

For us, it's not important which degree is on your CV.

• You have either completed studies/training, are self-taught, or have already gained experience in an agency or in self-employment (video production, content creation, or social media)

• You have a technical understanding in the areas of camera, sound, and lighting

• You already have extensive knowledge in video recording, video editing, and video processing

• Experience with programs such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or comparable software

• You are creative, a team player, and have a feel for details

• You have a clear and error-free form of expression in German

• You work independently, organize & finalize your own projects on time

• You have a quick grasp, are reliable, and disciplined

• You possess the ability to follow existing processes and develop them further with us
