Graphic Designer for Technical B2B Communication and Water Tech Marketing

Interius is a specialized strategy and marketing agency for international companies from the water and wastewater industry.

Our clients develop technologies for water treatment, wastewater treatment, reuse, membranes, sensorics, PFAS removal, chemicals, and industrial infrastructure.

We are not looking for a pure creative designer for beautiful pictures without substance. We are looking for someone who understands technical B2B design and is able to implement complex content visually clean, professional, and brand-appropriate.

This involves brochures, data sheets, LinkedIn graphics, presentations, case studies, technical collaterals, and image editing for international clients.

Tasks

You create graphic materials for technical B2B companies, particularly brochures, data sheets, LinkedIn graphics, presentations, case studies, and other marketing collaterals.

You work securely with Adobe InDesign and Photoshop. No Canva!!!

You consistently implement existing brand design guides.

You develop graphic concepts further as needed and help strengthen brands visually and consistently.

You edit images, technical visuals, product photos, and graphics professionally.

You use KI tools sensibly to support image editing, layout ideas, visualization, and efficient implementation.

You work closely with content, project management, and management together.

You communicate directly with clients as needed, understand briefings, and implement feedback reliably.

You deliver clean files, printable layouts, and professional results.

You work structured and timely under pressure.

Qualification

You have demonstrable experience in graphic design, ideally for technical B2B companies.

You master Adobe InDesign and Photoshop securely.

You can professionally design brochures, data sheets, presentations, and LinkedIn graphics.

You are not a beginner and do not need basic training in layout, typography, or customer communication.

You understand branding not as a buzzword but can work according to brand design guides and develop brands graphically further.

You have a good eye for structure, readability, hierarchy, and professional technical communication.

You can work with English and German content.

You are able to communicate directly with clients.

You are self-reliant, organized, and reliable.

You have an affinity for KI tools and understand how to practically use them in the design process.

You can deliver under pressure without compromising quality.
