Introduction

Do you want to not only implement brands visually but also rethink them with modern tools? At BONAGO, you will design all visual content, from trade fair appearances and print materials to sales presentations and social media and web content, for multiple brands in parallel. You will combine technically clean design with the routine use of generative AI and help build AI-supported production processes in the creative field.

Your Tasks

• Trade Fairs, Booths, and Print: You will conceptualize and design trade fair appearances with exhibition walls, booth visuals, flyers, and giveaways, coordinating implementation closely with the departments. You will also develop print materials and large formats, prepare print-ready data, and manage printers and exhibition stand builders.

• Presentations and Digital Graphics: You will design PowerPoint slides and templates for customer and sales presentations, lectures, and in-house trade fairs, visualize complex content in infographics and charts, and develop key visuals and individual graphics for all brands of the ValueNet Group.

• Digital Content: You will create social media postings, edit videos, and design website content for consumer promotion campaigns, and edit and retouch image material for PR and new customer acquisition.

• AI-Supported Production and Organization: You will create image and graphic material using generative AI tools, including post-processing and quality assurance. You will take on briefs, realistically estimate effort, prioritize short-term requests independently, and further develop corporate design templates and AI workflows.

What You Bring

• You have completed vocational training or a degree in media design or design, or a comparable qualification.

• At least 3 years of professional experience in an agency or in-house marketing form your foundation, evidenced by a portfolio of print and digital work.

• Generative AI is part of your daily work: Adobe Firefly in Photoshop and Illustrator, as well as at least two external image generators (e.g., Midjourney, Freepik AI). You formulate precise prompts as confidently as you perform post-processing, ensuring results meet quality, printability, and brand style standards.

• You are aware of the usage rights for AI content and ensure license-compliant models and labeling.

• Proficient in PowerPoint, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Acrobat Pro, and familiar with prepress.

• Fluent German and good English are a matter of course for you.

• Work Environment & Organization: You enjoy working in our office at the Munich location and appreciate personal interaction within the team. Additionally, you can work from home one day per week. You manage your working hours independently within the framework of our company requirements.

• Workation: Up to 4 weeks of EU workation per year are possible upon agreement. If you choose Fuerteventura, we will also support you with flights, accommodation, and a rental car.
