Tasks

• Graphic Design & Visual Identity: You create professional graphics, presentations, infographics, and visual informational materials for our workshops and training courses and ensure a consistent look and feel (corporate design).
• Digital Content Creation: You develop visually appealing and platform-appropriate content for our social networks (e.g., LinkedIn, Instagram) and websites.
• Visual Campaigning: You actively participate in the creative and visual implementation of targeted digital advertising campaigns.
• Video Production & Motion Design: You edit and process videos, Reels, Shorts, and animations for various digital communication channels.
• AI Tooling & Automation: You use state-of-the-art AI tools in your daily workflow to accelerate processes and make your own tasks more efficient.

Qualification

• Creativity: You love design and enjoy translating ideas visually.
• Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro).
• Sense for Trends: You recognize current design trends and know what resonates.
• Communication Skills: Very good language skills in German and English, written and spoken.
• Interest in AI: You find Artificial Intelligence exciting and want to get a taste of the industry.
