Graphic and Web Designer with Focus on Online Marketing & Webshop (m/w/d)

The Alsitan GmbH is a German company with over 70 years of experience in the development and marketing of high-quality food supplements and natural cosmetics products. With around 30 employees, we combine long-standing expertise with the enthusiasm to further develop ourselves in the digital realm. Our main office is located in the Munich metropolitan area. You are not just a small cog in the machine – you actively shape and leave a lasting footprint. We are looking for a talented graphic and web designer with a focus on online marketing and webshop design.

We are looking for a creative and self-reliant personality who brings our brand Alsiroyal® and hautengel® to life visually across all digital channels and in our webshop (Shopify). You are part of the online marketing team and bring your own ideas and set them up conceptually and hands-on – from content idea to final publication.

Aufgaben

Online Marketing Content Creation

• Development, conception, and implementation of creative concepts & marketing assets for all digital channels & touchpoints
• Planning and implementation of organic social media content (Reels, Stories, Carousels and static posts) on Instagram, Facebook, and prospectively TikTok
• Conception and design of Paid Assets (Social Ads, Google Ads, Display) & Newsletters
• Development of new Content Formats, making our brands & products experiential on social media
• Development and ensuring a consistent Brand Voice and visual language for our channels
• Planning and steering of a Content Calendar
• Monitoring of Trends, Formats, and Algorithms on the relevant platforms
• Close cooperation with our Performance Marketing Manager in campaign implementation

Web Design & E-Commerce (Shopify)

• Creation and maintenance of appealing web designs (Images, Videos and Banners) for our online shop & Amazon, taking into account the latest design trends.
• Design and implementation of Webpage Layouts (Landing Pages, Campaign Pages, etc.) in the Shopify system
• Optimization of UI Elements, Icons, Banners, and Infographics
• Close cooperation with our E-Commerce Manager in Promotions, Launches and to Optimize User Experience (UX) and Boost Conversion Rate.
• Conducting Tests and Analyses to continuously improve web design and webshop functionality.

Bild- & Videobearbeitung

• Professional Image Editing for social media posts and advertising materials
• Editing and post-production of Short Videos and Reels
• Creation of Motion Graphics, Animations, and Overlays for videos
• Development of Templates for recurring formats

Qualifikation

• Completed training in the field of Grafikdesign, Webdesign or comparable qualification
• Experience in Content Creation for Online Marketing & Social Media
• Understanding of Zielgruppenansprache, Hooks, and Storytelling in the Short-Form-Video-Format
• Experience in the field of E-Commerce Marketing (product communication, conversion optimization) and basic knowledge of Shopify or willingness to quickly get up to speed
• Understanding of user-centered design and User Experience (UX)
• Proficient use of Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, After Effects) or comparable tools (e.g. DaVinci Resolve, Canva Pro)
• Very good German language skills in writing and speaking; English is an asset

• You use KI-Tools for process optimization and idea development
• Knowledge in the field of Supplements / Health & Wellness
• Understanding of SEO, Paid Social, or Performance Marketing
• Experience with Influencer Cooperation or UGC Strategies
