Graphic- / Motion Designer (m/w/d)

We are neaSOL, a young, growing company in the field of photovoltaics. We build solar power plants – clean, fast, and at the highest technical level. So far, our design has come from external agencies. Now we're bringing it in-house – and for that, we're looking for you. As a Grafik- / Motion Designer, you'll make sure that our creatives are consistent, high-quality, and effective across all channels – from static ads to animated graphics. At our company, you're not just a cog in the machine, but part of a family-like, dynamic team that quickly implements.

Aufgaben

Your tasks

• You design static ad creatives, banners, and graphics for our campaigns and social media channels
• You create Motion Graphics and animations for videos and ads
• You develop and maintain our uniform visual appearance (Corporate Design)
• You provide design variants for A/B tests and work closely with content and performance teams
• You bring in your own design ideas to continuously improve our creatives

Qualifikation

Your profile

• Experience in Grafik- und/oder Motion Design, ideally in the marketing/advertising field
• Familiarity with the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) [and/or Figma]
• A good eye for layout, typography, and brand consistency
• Understanding of what creatives make successful in paid campaigns
• Structured work style, even with multiple parallel projects
• Very good German language skills

(Nice to have, not a must: Basic knowledge of video editing, experience with social media formats.)
