Graphic & Communication (m/w/d)

Honestly, there are already enough boring stock photo brochures. Appearances that all look the same. Posts that nobody stops. We want to do things differently. Networkingplus is a gebootstrappted startup from Osnabrück – not driven by VC funds, but by real customers and genuine revenue. We work with cities and municipalities, large savings banks, schools, vocational training providers, universities, and growth-oriented companies like Dott and FINN.

Several projects are currently running under our roof:

• The MACHacademy – our entrepreneurship program with school edition, apprenticeship edition, and university edition.
• The Networking Box – a physical box that picks people up exactly where they are and supports them during transitional phases in life with a valuable network. There is one for students (school edition), one for trainees (apprenticeship edition), and one for students (university edition). A fourth edition for people who are just entering retirement (retirement edition) is currently being developed. The Networking-Plus App – our digital counterpart to the box with gamification and loyalty features that keeps networking going.

Two brands, multiple target groups, many playgrounds. And so that everything looks good and really works well, we're looking for you.

Tasks

You design our brand family – from social media posts to presentations, print products, and campaign materials. We have a real offline product to touch.

• You develop campaign ideas and implement them graphically.
• You produce content for our channels (Instagram, LinkedIn & Co.) – from reels to carousel posts.
• You write clearly, charmingly, and to the point – for newsletters, website, partner communication, and social media.
• You coordinate with external service providers – printing companies, photographers, studios.

Qualification

A design education, a study in communications design / media design / marketing – or you're a non-traditional entrant with a strong portfolio. Mindset beats degree.

• Safe handling of Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and/or Figma, Canva.
• A good feeling for typography, colors, composition. You recognize immediately if something is off.
• First experience with social media content, video editing or motion design is a big plus.
• You can write – not Schiller level, but so that people want to keep reading.
• You work independently, think creatively, bring your own ideas in.
• You have a desire for an environment that is fast-paced, diverse, and sometimes chaotic – but never boring
