Graphic Designer (m/w/d) | Part-time

Good communication doesn't work without design. Our communication thrives on well-designed ideas for social media, media, publications of our customers, websites, and much more.

You will complement our consulting team part-time and be a creative impulse generator for many of our customers.

Tasks

• In your role, you design communication materials for print and digital media, from brochures, flyers, and posters to newsletters, advertising materials, social media graphics, and website content, always in line with the corporate design guidelines of the brands.
• You will take over image editing, retouching, and technical preparation of print and digital files for various channels.
• You will accompany projects independently, from the initial idea to the final completion.
• You keep an eye on current design and market trends and use them to constantly modernize and enrich visual communication.

Qualification

• You master Adobe CC (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) in your sleep and have common graphic programs under control.
• You work independently and are eager for real teamwork.
• Creativity is one of your strengths, as well as a keen sense of colors and visual language.
• You design stories that don't just read but feel.
• You have an eye for details, a heart for typography, and a sense of trends.

We expect the following from you:

• A minimum of four years of professional experience and enthusiasm for working approximately 25 hours per week
• A relevant completed education and/or study
• Good communication and team skills
• Availability as of March 1, 2026
