We are looking for the following in our graphics team, immediately, at our Berlin location:

Tasks

• Together with your team, you are responsible for the
  creative development and implementation of social media content
  (postings, stories, reels, ads) and videos for our customers
• You take on the conception as well as the editing and animation of short videos for all online channels, e.g. short trailers, logo animations and podcasts
• Creation of graphic designs and animations for various projects (social media, events, web content, presentations)
• Post-production of raw material from shoots of events and in-house productions is also part of your tasks.
• You create and optimize content - with the help of various AI tools.
• Creation of / working with corporate design manuals and different design specifications
• You work closely with colleagues from the social media management and content team to create creative and reach-strong content

Qualification

• successfully completed studies / training in the field of design, graphic design, communication design or a comparable training
• At least 2 to 3 years of professional experience in content creation for social media, preferably in an agency environment
• You have very good knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
  (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) as well as experience
  with tools for video editing and animation.
• Good knowledge of PowerPoint is also a plus
• You have already gained experience in the use of AI tools in
  design processes (automation, content creation) and
  are fit in prompting for these processes.
• Independent, detail-oriented way of working and high level of commitment
• Teamwork, reliability and independent working style
• ideally you bring first experience in the management of employees, such as student assistants or interns
• You have very good German skills in spoken and written and good English skills
• You are confident in dealing with different stakeholders and have experience in dealing with customers
