You are a master of composition and give ideas a visual home. Your passion is creating captivating social ads through layout, typography, and visual storytelling - and you use AI tools like second nature to transform concepts into image worlds in no time. You work in a lean, interdisciplinary team consisting of creative strategists, performance marketers, and video people who may know what good creatives look like but need you to elevate the visual quality to a new level. You are not just an implementer, but a creative head with a sense of aesthetics, composition, and modern AI workflows that significantly influence the performance of our campaigns.

Konkret

• You design and create high-quality graphic designs for social ads on platforms like Meta, TikTok, and YouTube.
• You set AI tools like Nano Banana Pro and Midjourney to work deliberately to produce image worlds, mockups, and variations quickly and at a high level.
• You work closely with our creative strategists, marketers, and the video team to develop comprehensive creative concepts.
• You bring your own ideas to the table and drive the visual and technological further development of our advertising tools forward.
• You experiment with new styles, techniques, and AI tools to always stay on the pulse of time.
• You give and take constructive feedback in the team to continuously improve the quality of your work.
• You keep track of your projects and deliver top-notch results reliably.

Qualifikation

Your Profile:

• You have extensive experience as a graphic designer, ideally with a focus on social media advertising.
• Figma or Adobe XD is your daily driver number 1, and you're sure in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Ai-generated images are no stranger to you - tools like Nano Banana Pro and Midjourney are part of your standard toolkit. You know when to design classically and when AI is the faster way.
• You have a strong portfolio that showcases your sense of aesthetics, composition, and visual storytelling.
• You're a team player through and through and have a desire to develop further in an ambitious environment.
• You're communicative and can justify your creative decisions in a clear and understandable manner.
• You're curious, proactive, and expect the best possible work from yourself.
• Mother-tongue German skills (spoken and written).
• Your place of residence is Munich (unavoidable). We set great store by Office-First.

• You don't love graphic design and live it.
• You see AI as a threat rather than the sharpest tool in your set.
• You're content with your current knowledge base and have no desire to learn new things.
• You only want to be part of a large design team, rather than taking responsibility for visual quality yourself.
