We are a growing digital agency in Braunschweig, specialized in gaining skilled personnel in the construction industry, industry, and trade. To make our social media campaigns convincing, we need above all one thing: strong creatives. The rest – platforms, campaign management, evaluation – we'll bring you up to speed.

We're looking for a graphic designer / media designer (m/w/d) where design is at the forefront. You don't have to be a social media pro – you just need to be able to create.

Important to know: At our agency, your design talent counts above all else. Everything that has to do with social ads platforms, campaign management, and performance evaluation will be brought up to speed in the onboarding process step by step.

Tasks

• Creative Implementation: You create visually convincing creatives for our social media campaigns (Facebook & Instagram, Google, LinkedIn, TikTok) – your design is at the forefront.
• Templates & Prototypes: You build and develop our design templates further, so that our team can deliver quickly and consistently.
• Image Language & Branding: You ensure that our customers from the construction industry, industry, and trade appear visually professional and uniform.
• Campaign Know-how: The implementation and evaluation of social ads campaigns will be learned step by step – without prior experience in marketing.

Qualification

• Design Skills (Must): Secure handling of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and/or InDesign as well as Canva, and a good eye for layout, typography, and image language.
• Background: Completed training or studies in the field of graphic design, media design o. ä. – or an impressive portfolio counts more than the certificate.
• Work Style: You work structured, quickly, and reliably – even under time pressure.
• Trend Sense: You have a good eye for visual trends, preferably also in the social media environment.
• Languages: Very good German language skills in writing and speaking.

No Must, but nice to see:

• First Touchpoints with social media advertising or campaign management – is not explicitly a requirement, we'll bring you up to speed.
