Graduate Specialist Program (Trainee) - Technical Sales Connected Hydraulics

During your trainee program "Graduate Specialist Program – Technical Sales Connected Hydraulics", you will go through 18-24 months various departments in and out of the country, tailored to your personal needs. The target position after the program is a challenging task as technical sales expert.

• 4-6 stations, at least one abroad: In various departments in the sales field and adjacent specialist areas (e.g. Außendienst, Produktmanagement, Applikation und Service) you will be optimally prepared for future tasks. You will learn the operational sales business and work on strategic questions. While gathering deep experiences with our diverse, technologically leading product and service portfolio around electrohydraulic applications in the industrial sector.
• Challenging contents with customer focus: In line with our campaign "Connected Hydraulics", you will gain insights into current hydraulic trends, ranging from electrification and digitalization of our components and systems to new software and predictive maintenance service offerings. You are part of the marketing of innovative customer solutions and convince our customers of future-oriented products.
• Exclusive mentoring: During the program, a mentor from the upper management level will support your professional and personal development. Additionally, an active participant from the trainee program will accompany you during onboarding.
