Graduate Specialist Program (Trainee) - Product Management

Our Trainee program „Graduate Specialist Program (Trainee) – Product Management“ is your ideal career start in an internationally successful company. Over 18 to 24 months, you will go through different stations in- and outside the country, tailored individually to you. After completing the program, you will take over a responsible position in the field of Product Management.

You can expect:

• 4-6 stations, including one abroad: During your program, you will learn about various departments in the product management scope (e.g., product development, sales, application and service) and develop a deep understanding of our diverse product portfolio in the field of drive and control technology for applications in mobile working machines.
• Challenging contents with a focus on strategy and customer needs: You will design the next generation of high-efficiency and sustainable drive systems for our transmission product portfolio. In this process, you will quickly take over responsibility in projects and actively shape the product development process by translating customer needs into convincing product visions and roadmaps. You will accompany the market launch of new products, ensure the availability of product-related documents (technically and commercially), and support the qualification of our sales representatives.
