Your role Managing the end to end recruitment process You will be first point of contact for a candidate's journey from initial application through to onboarding and beyond. This includes but is not limited to: • Sourcing and attracting top graduate talent • Building relationships with universities and other partners to identify and engage with potential candidates • Developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies • Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, conducting assessments, and making job offers • Providing exceptional candidate experience through regular communication and updates • Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their requirements and ensure a smooth onboarding process • Maintaining accurate records of all recruitment activity • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in graduate recruitment • Working closely with the wider FDM team to achieve business objectives. Your skills and qualifications: • 2+ years' experience in recruitment, preferably in a graduate or early careers role • Strong understanding of the graduate job market and current trends • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Strong organizational and time management skills • Proficiency in MS Office and ability to learn new systems quickly • A passion for helping people develop their careers and achieve their goals.
