You will work closely with our experienced recruitment consultants to develop and implement tailored recruitment strategies, leveraging AI tools to streamline processes and improve candidate engagement. Your responsibilities will include: • Sourcing and attracting top talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks • Building and maintaining relationships with clients to understand their recruitment needs and develop tailored solutions • Conducting initial candidate screenings and interviews to identify the best fit for each role • Collaborating with our recruitment consultants to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies • Providing exceptional candidate experience through regular communication and feedback • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and recruitment progress • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and AI tools.
