The GIT Programme is a 24-month development journey designed for recent graduates who are passionate about building a career in South Africa’s renewable energy sector. This immersive experience offers a structured, fast-paced learning environment across key business functions including: Project Development Engineering Graduates will gain hands-on exposure to real projects, develop both technical and soft skills, and actively contribute to Pele’s strategic goals. Through mentorship, coaching, and collaboration, participants will be equipped with the skills and knowledge required to excel in their chosen field. The programme is designed to provide a comprehensive understanding of the renewable energy sector, including the technical, commercial, and environmental aspects. Participants will have the opportunity to work on real projects, develop their problem-solving skills, and build a network of contacts within the industry.
