About Us Since starting in Perth in 2012, CMW Geosciences has expanded to 22 offices with 300 employees across Australia and New Zealand. We are hard-working, down-to-earth, and passionate engineers and geologists who provide quality geotechnical site investigation, analysis, and design advice to the construction, infrastructure and energy sectors. As a graduate at CMW, you'll be treated like an industry professional from the get-go. After completing the necessary training and inductions, you'll have the opportunity to work on real projects with experienced professionals, gaining hands-on experience in geotechnical site investigation, data analysis, and design. You'll also have access to our state-of-the-art facilities and equipment, including borehole logging, rock mechanics testing, and 3D visualisation software.
