Our client has multiple luxury apartment and townhouse projects in their development pipeline, providing a unique chance to gain hands-on experience in property development. As part of our team, you will be responsible for assisting the Development Manager in all aspects of project delivery, including site acquisition, design coordination, construction management, and marketing. You will also have the opportunity to work closely with our experienced development team to develop your skills and knowledge in property development. About the Role The Graduate Assistant Development Manager is a key role within our development team, responsible for providing support to the Development Manager in all aspects of project delivery. Key responsibilities include: • Assisting the Development Manager in site acquisition, design coordination, construction management, and marketing activities; • Providing administrative support to the Development Manager, including preparing reports, presentations, and other documents; • Developing and maintaining relationships with stakeholders, including architects, engineers, contractors, and local authorities; • Participating in project meetings and providing input on project progress and issues; • Assisting in the preparation of project budgets, schedules, and cash flow forecasts.
