GPV Sell Out in Pharmacy

In this project, you will have the freedom to negotiate, train, identify opportunities, and be the driver of sell-out in your territory, adding value in every interaction.

• Visit pharmacies to present the portfolio and identify real business opportunities.

• Promote recommendations through specific actions and continuous follow-up.

• Ensure correct brand presence and support the point-of-sale team.

• Negotiate conditions, promotions, volumes, and agreements adapted to each pharmacy.

• Manage and retain key accounts, building long-term relationships.

• Contribute to meeting the commercial objectives defined for your area.

• Train on product, benefits, and arguments to improve in-counter recommendations.

• Resolve technical questions and help boost the category within the pharmacy.

• Support the implementation of actions that drive turnover.

• Analyze competition, customer needs, and market opportunities.

• Transform insights into concrete proposals to grow within the point of sale.

• Report activity, results, and evolution of assigned pharmacies.

• Previous experience in pharmacy visits, sales, commercial representation, or sell-out.

• Communication, negotiation, and influence skills.

• Ability to train, add value, and build trust with the client.

• Proactivity, analytical skills, and results orientation.

• Driver's license and availability to work on the road.

Stable contract

Salary: €21,500 gross annual salary + €3,225 annual variable (distributed quarterly)

Complete work tools: Company car, mobile phone, and tablet.

Flexibility: Field work, managing your own panel of centers.
