This is an EXCEPTIONAL OFFER for a General Practitioner local to HAMILTON seeking a comfortable arrangement in a highly desired and lucrative location!

An incoming GP can enjoy being part of a privately owned, DR led clinic space. This is a small and stable team, where the new GP will have an opportunity to start 2026 afresh, with a well established patient base, still able to welcome new patients. The team are experienced FRACGPs, there is No supervision required and patient numbers are excellent, with the current GPs seeing an average of 45 patients per day. It's up to the incoming GP as to how many patients they prefer to see and 15/20 min flexible appointments.

In addition, for a GP interested in owning their own clinic in the future - there is definitely an opportunity here for this to happen within the next 5 years in preparation for the Brisbane Olympics!
