Senior Executive / Manager – Government Liaison, Approvals & Compliance Real Estate / Hospitality / Infrastructure Projects – Jaipur & Rajasthan A diversified and growing project development group is looking for a highly capable professional to handle government liaison, statutory approvals, and regulatory coordination for real estate, hospitality, and infrastructure-related projects across Rajasthan. The role requires a practical, resourceful, and proactive individual with strong knowledge of the Indian government's policies, regulations, and procedures related to real estate, hospitality, and infrastructure development. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively with government officials, stakeholders, and internal teams. Key responsibilities include: • Coordinating with government agencies for obtaining necessary approvals and permits for projects. • Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, laws, and policies. • Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including government officials, project partners, and internal teams. • Providing strategic guidance on regulatory matters to ensure successful project execution. • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate potential risks related to regulatory compliance. • Staying up-to-date with changes in regulations, laws, and policies affecting the real estate, hospitality, and infrastructure sectors. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., urban planning, architecture, engineering) and at least 5 years of experience in a similar role or a related field.
