Etjca S.p.a, Asti branch, is looking for an important reception structure: GOVERNANTE Main responsibilities: - Coordinating and supervising staff at all levels - Controlling the quality of cleaning and order in rooms and common areas - Managing the warehouse and supplies (linens, amenities, cleaning materials) - Collaborating with the reception to manage check-in/check-out times - Training and mentoring new hires Requisites: - Previous experience in the role, preferably in medium-high-level structures - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail - Leadership, reliability, and team spirit - Flexibility in scheduling and availability on weekends and holidays - Basic knowledge of the English language (optional) Place of work: near Canelli (AT) Schedule: full-time on two shifts from Monday to Sunday with weekly rest Type of contract: fixed-term supply and subsequent extensions The offer is addressed to candidates of both sexes, in accordance with D.lgs 198/2006 and ss.mm.ii. and Decrees n. 215 and 216 of 2003 on equal treatment.
