Respond for the governance area, involving organization, cleaning, and conservation of apartments and public areas of the hotel (social and service), guiding the team, prioritizing and distributing tasks, and solving operational problems.
Respond for the conservation and inventory of uniforms and linens, as well as approving the purchase of new products, together with the superior.
Analyze linen (bedding, bath, and uniform), amenities (shampoo, conditioner, soap, etc.), cleaning materials available on the market, considering the brand references.
Maintain contact with suppliers, attending to them, knowing their products, examining the benefits offered, and forwarding the collected information to the procurement area.
Maintain yourself updated on market cleaning products, identifying and approving the items to be used by the hotel.
Supervise the activities of the laundry (external or internal).
Participate in the investment plan of the sector, recommending necessary acquisitions.
Control invoices from suppliers in general, checking values, product types, quantities, etc., correcting any differences, validating them with management, and forwarding them to the Finance department.
Maintain contact with other departments (especially Maintenance and Reception) to solve various issues related to your area of operation.
Participate in the annual budget preparation, together with the superior, as well as follow the Real vs. Budget.
Maintain the hotel's decoration standards, involving tapestry, floristry, and art objects, providing purchase, replacements, cleaning, and taking the necessary measures to ensure the established visual quality by the brand.
Respond for the custody and control of 'Found and Lost', until its rightful delivery to the guest or final destination, paying attention to the storage periods.
Respond for the application of guidelines related to operational standards and sustainability, following corporate guidelines, as well as promoting environmental and social awareness among the Heartists of the unit.
Ensure customer satisfaction (RPS), ensuring continuous improvement actions based on customer experiences.
Ensure the fulfillment of the goals established in the management contract.
Ensure the execution of processes and procedures of the 'Self-Control' area.
Coordinate the team under your responsibility, selecting, training, evaluating performance, and stimulating the engagement of connectors.
Moderate conflicts and intervene in critical/typical situations, together with guests and teams, presenting the relevant solutions.
Contribute to the maximum development of the potential of the governance team.
Prepare work schedules and vacations, dimension the teams, as well as define standards for time and quality of services.
Prepare presentation of results and participate in specific committees.
Reflect the Accor values in your attitudes and support the Heartist culture in the unit.
Perform other correlated tasks as needed for the area.
Know and apply the concepts and practices of the compliance and LGPD policy of Accor.
Ensure the application and execution of ESG processes and procedures in all areas of the hotel. As a representative of the topics, ensuring the implementation and continuity of all pillars.
