Governance, Risk & Compliance (Senior) Consultant (m/f/d)

• You will support the establishment and optimization of corporate governance systems, particularly Enterprise Risk Management, Business Continuity Management, and Internal Control Systems
  • Additionally at the Senior Level: You will lead complex (sub-)projects for the establishment of these systems and be responsible for automation and digitalization strategies and the creation of target states and roadmaps
• You will participate in the execution of process/risk analyses and support the definition of suitable measures
  • Additionally at the Senior Level: You will be responsible for the methodical execution of risk/process analyses, derive recommendations for action and necessary measures from them, and coordinate them with executives
• You will support the execution of client workshops and trainings
  • Additionally at the Senior Level: You will prepare the relevant documents and lead workshops and trainings independently, moderate stakeholder discussions, and create well-founded decision proposals
• You will support data analysis and the design of audit-proof and automated controls 
  • Additionally at the Senior Level: You will design automated controls in collaboration with IT and business departments and ensure their effectiveness and audit security
• You will support the setup of suitable management dashboards and reporting (e.g., using Microsoft Power BI) 
  • Additionally at the Senior Level: You will develop dashboard and reporting concepts tailored to decision-makers and advise on the design of suitable key performance indicators
• You will participate in the assessment of threat scenarios and the setup of emergency plans
  • Additionally at the Senior Level: You will be responsible for the assessment of threat scenarios and advise companies on the development of robust emergency and crisis management plans, and conduct training
• You will participate in the development of customer-specific and profitable AI Use Cases
  • Additionally at the Senior Level: You will independently develop customer-specific AI Use Cases and advise on their technical implementation and sustainable integration
• You will support the entire acquisition process, i.e., from offer preparation to contract closing. 
  • Additionally at the Senior Level: You will independently prepare offers and presentations in coordination with the Proposal Lead and accompany offer presentations to our clients

• You have successfully completed your studies and have initial relevant practical experience, e.g., through internships or working student positions, ideally in consulting or a strategically oriented environment
  • Additionally at the Senior Level: You have at least 3 years of relevant professional experience, ideally in consulting, auditing (Big4), or a line function
• You are passionate about topics such as Enterprise Risk Management, Business Continuity Management, or Internal Control Systems and their further development, and have an initial foundation in these areas
  • Additionally at the Senior Level: You have extensive practical experience and expertise in the establishment and transformation of corporate governance systems 
• You are interested in relevant standards, norms, and legal requirements and their pragmatic implementation, especially IDW Standards, COSO, ISO, SOX, and FISG
  • Additionally at the Senior Level: You have in-depth knowledge of IDW Standards, COSO, ISO, SOX, and FISG and can translate these into practical organizational and technical measures
• You have a fundamental understanding of process and risk analyses and the derivation of measures or emergency plans 
  • Additionally at the Senior Level: You have extensive experience in conducting risk and process analyses in the context of governance systems
• Ideally, you have had initial contact with data analysis and automated controls in SAP or comparable ERP systems
  
  • Additionally at the Senior Level: You have in-depth SAP knowledge, particularly in the design of automated controls and the implementation of Continuous Controls Monitoring
• Ideally, you have initial knowledge of Power BI and Power Apps (MS 365)
  • Additionally at the Senior Level: You have in-depth knowledge of Power BI and Power Apps (MS 365) and can use them for automating and visualizing governance processes
• You are interested in the use of AI in a corporate context and are willing to familiarize yourself with AI Use Cases
  • Additionally at the Senior Level: You already have experience in developing and implementing customer-specific AI Use Cases
• You enjoy working in a team, are proactive, and open to feedback and further development
  • Additionally at the Senior Level: You enjoy taking responsibility and an active role in the team, promote professional exchange, and support the development of others
• You are strong in communication and confident in your demeanor in German and English (at least C1 in both languages)
  • Additionally at the Senior Level: You communicate confidently in German and English, including with senior stakeholders
