Governance, Risk & Compliance (Senior) Consultant (m/f/d)

• You support the establishment and optimization of corporate governance systems, particularly Enterprise Risk Management, Business Continuity Management, and Internal Control Systems
  • Additionally at the Senior Level: You lead complex (sub-)projects for the establishment of these systems and are responsible for automation and digitalization strategies and the creation of target states and roadmaps
• You participate in process/risk analyses and support the definition of suitable measures
  • Additionally at the Senior Level: You are responsible for the methodical execution of risk/process analyses, derive actionable recommendations and necessary measures from them, and coordinate them with management
• You accompany the execution of customer workshops and training sessions
  • Additionally at the Senior Level: You prepare the relevant documents and independently lead workshops and training sessions, moderate stakeholder discussions, and create well-founded decision proposals
• You support data analysis and the design of audit-proof and automated controls
  • Additionally at the Senior Level: You design automated controls in collaboration with IT and business departments and ensure their effectiveness and audit security
• You support the setup of suitable management dashboards and reporting (e.g., using Microsoft Power BI)
  • Additionally at the Senior Level: You develop dashboard and reporting concepts tailored to decision-makers and advise on the design of suitable key performance indicators
• You participate in the assessment of threat scenarios and the setup of contingency plans
  • Additionally at the Senior Level: You are responsible for assessing threat scenarios and advise companies on developing robust contingency and crisis management plans and conduct training
• You participate in the development of customer-specific and profitable AI use cases
  • Additionally at the Senior Level: You independently develop customer-specific AI use cases and advise on their technical implementation and sustainable integration
• You support the entire acquisition process, i.e., from offer creation to contract closing.
  • Additionally at the Senior Level: You independently create offers and presentations in coordination with the Proposal Lead and accompany offer presentations to our clients

• You have successfully completed your studies and bring initial relevant practical experience, e.g., through internships or working student positions, ideally in consulting or a strategically oriented environment
  • Additionally at the Senior Level: You have at least 3 years of relevant professional experience, ideally in consulting, auditing (Big4), or a line function
• You are passionate about topics such as Enterprise Risk Management, Business Continuity Management, or Internal Control Systems and their further development, and you have an initial foundation for this
  • Additionally at the Senior Level: You possess extensive practical experience and expertise in the establishment and transformation of corporate governance systems
• You are interested in relevant standards, norms, and legal requirements and their pragmatic implementation, especially IDW standards, COSO, ISO, SOX, and FISG
  • Additionally at the Senior Level: You have in-depth knowledge of IDW standards, COSO, ISO, SOX, and FISG and can practically translate them into organizational and technical measures
• You have a basic understanding of process and risk analyses and the derivation of measures or contingency plans
  • Additionally at the Senior Level: You have extensive experience in conducting risk and process analyses in the context of governance systems
• Ideally, you have had initial contact with data analysis and automated controls in SAP or comparable ERP systems
  
  • Additionally at the Senior Level: You have in-depth SAP knowledge, especially in the design of automated controls and the implementation of Continuous Controls Monitoring
• Ideally, you have initial knowledge of Power BI and Power Apps (MS 365)
  • Additionally at the Senior Level: You have in-depth knowledge of Power BI and Power Apps (MS 365) and can use them for automating and visualizing governance processes
• You are interested in the use of AI in a corporate context and are willing to familiarize yourself with AI use cases
