✨Join a dynamic team responsible for ensuring the smooth operation, safety, and continuous enhancement of public recreational facilities!
This role offers hands-on exposure to maintenance operations, project coordination, and facility improvements in a fast-paced environment.
Contract Period: 11 months
Working Hours: Mon to Fri, 9am to 6.30pm
Location:Various operational sites across Singapore (deployment based on business needs)

️Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee maintenance and ensure assigned sport centres remain safe, functional, and well-maintained
- Coordinate and supervise contractors and vendors for maintenance and repair works
- Manage preventive maintenance schedules and respond to ad-hoc repair needs promptly
- Monitor facility conditions and ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Track budgets, expenses, and contractor claims while maintaining proper documentation
- Support facility upgrading projects and cyclical replacement planning
Requirements:
- Diploma in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience in maintenance, facilities, or engineering
- Relevant technical certifications will be an advantage
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of workplace safety and building compliance
