Housekeeper for 4 and 5-star hotels (M/F)

• Your mission:

• Perform control, verification, and management tasks for the work of chambermaids.
• Ensure compliance with the company's quality, hygiene, and safety standards.
• Handle customer requests and transmit information to the relevant departments.
• Be helpful and considerate towards clients, respecting their privacy and ensuring their comfort and order in their rooms.
• Contribute to the company's image by ensuring the maintenance of cleanliness in public areas.
• Be prepared to clean rooms to support the service.

• Your profile:

• In-depth knowledge of hygiene, cleanliness, and safety regulations.
• Knowledge of cleaning products.
• In-depth knowledge of room cleaning techniques for "check-out" and "stay-over" guests.
• Work in a neat and rigorous manner.
• Efficiency, speed of execution, flexibility, and availability.
• Good physical condition.
• Good organization / methodology, ability to adapt to activity flows.
• Team spirit, impeccable attire and personal grooming.
• Discretion, honesty, and attention to detail.
• Experience in luxury hotels required.
