• You manage the maintenance and cleanliness of rooms and public areas

• You supervise the daily work of the floor teams

• You establish task allocation in collaboration with the Executive Housekeeper

• You manage specific client requests with responsiveness and discretion

• You supervise the quality control of rooms after cleaning

• You establish daily communication with other departments

• You supervise the supply and management of cleaning products

• You manage unforeseen situations with calm and professionalism

• You have proven experience in a similar role in high-end hospitality

• You supervise with rigor, a sense of detail, and team spirit

• You manage priorities effectively and autonomously

• You master office tools and hotel software

• You speak English to ensure communication with international clientele

• You embody the elegance, sense of service, and demands of a palace hotel
