Description du poste

VOS PRINCIPALES MISSIONS SERONT...

Le gouvernant d'étage dans un palace est un mélange de Sherlock Holmes de la propreté, de ninja de l'organisation, et de stand-up comédien en coulisse. Chaque mission est donc exécutée avec performance et bienveillance : 

• Entretenir un excellent relationnel avec les clients, avec confidentialité et discrétion.
• Garantir de la qualité et tenue de ses chambres dans le respect des directives et procédures internes et dans le souci de satisfaire les exigences d'une clientèle de luxe.
• Vérifier l'entretien des chambres, couloirs et lieux communs.
• Animer l'ensemble du personnel d'étage et de lingerie.
• Gérer ou superviser la gestion des stocks de linge, de produits d'entretien et d'accueil.

Qualifications

VOTRE PROFIL

You are a clever mix of an agent secret, a chef(fe) d'orchestre and Mary Poppins. 

You are therefore capable of spotting a dust particle at eye level from miles away. Your lynx-like eye could even detect a crumb under a velvet carpet. 

You advocate for responsible and benevolent management. Like a maestro, everyone moves in perfect synchrony. 

Nothing escapes you; you know the preferred attentions of our clients on the tip of your fingers. 

You have the endurance of a marathon runner, capable of running miles of corridors in a day. 

You do not consider work without good ambiance. Even in special situations, you always wear a smile! 

You speak English and maybe other languages. 

You are conscientious, helpful and friendly.

A experience on a similar function in a high-end establishment gives you a real bonus point!

Agent de maitrise status. 
Between 9,500 and 10,500 euros gross per season (excluding tips).
