Job Title: Google Veo Video Editor – Meta & TikTok Ads

Job Overview: Create high-performing, short form ads for Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and TikTok using Google Veo as your primary production engine.

Responsibilities:

• Ideate, script-punch, and edit 6-30 sec ads in Google Veo; polish in Premiere/After Effects as needed.
• Adapt hooks, captions, and CTAs for each platform, delivering multiple test variants weekly.
• Use performance metrics (ROAS, CTR, hold-rate) to iterate fast and lower CPA.
• Maintain brand guidelines while pushing creative boundaries with Veo’s gen-AI tools.
• Sync daily with growth, design, and copy teams to keep the launch calendar on track.

Requirements

• Hands-on mastery of Google Veo (prompting, fine-tuning, upscaling, color workflows).
• 2+ years editing paid-social video ads with proven wins on Meta and/or TikTok.
• Solid motion-graphics & sound-design chops; fluent in current short-form trends.
• KPI-driven mindset and comfort translating dashboard data into creative tweaks.
• Portfolio/reel showcasing Veo-built ads that scaled profitably.
