Job Title : Google Cloud VMware Support Consultant Location : Remote /Canada Duration: Contract Job description :- Job Summary The Sr Administrator in Support & Operations plays a pivotal role in delivering advanced technical support and operational excellence. This position focuses on troubleshooting complex issues and conducting root cause analyses to enhance customer satisfaction and uphold the organization's commitment to quality and security standards. (1.) Key Responsibilities 1. Provide expert-level technical support for Google Cloud VMware customers, ensuring timely resolution of complex issues and high levels of customer satisfaction. 2. Conduct thorough root cause analyses to identify and resolve recurring issues, thereby reducing mean time to resolve (MTTR) and improving overall system reliability. 3. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement process improvements that enhance the overall support experience for customers. 4. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Google Cloud VMware products and services, staying up-to-date on new features, releases, and best practices. 5. Participate in knowledge sharing sessions and contribute to the development of technical documentation, ensuring accurate and timely information is available to customers and internal stakeholders. 6. Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory requirements, applying this knowledge to improve support processes and customer experiences. 7. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their unique needs and providing tailored solutions that meet those needs. 8. Collaborate with other teams to resolve complex issues, leveraging expertise from across the organization to deliver exceptional results. 9.
