Your tasks with us:

Lernen von den Besten: You develop a sharp performance mindset and learn how to recognize potential in Google Ads accounts and convert clicks into profitable customers.
Deep Dive in the Google-Kosmos: You dive deep into the Google universe – from Search over Performance Max to YouTube – and learn how to steer campaigns with focus on ROAS and growth.
Vom Support zum Strategen: Initially, you support the creation of scalable strategies, test new approaches, and gradually grow into independent optimization.
Teamwork: You work closely with our strategists, creators, and analysts together and learn how to use budgets efficiently.
Your goal: To improve every day, learn campaign structures, and celebrate successes together as a team.

Your background: You have completed a degree or equivalent training successfully and ideally gained first-hand experience in online marketing through internships.
Digital Native: You move confidently in the network. Terms like SEA, Funnel, or Conversion are not foreign to you, and maybe you've even looked at a Google Ads account before.
Zahlen-Liebe: You think analytically and enjoy data. Excel/Google Sheets do not scare you, but rather serve as tools to understand relationships.
Performance-Denke: You intuitively understand that marketing must ultimately generate revenue. You are eager to learn how to steer ROAS and profitability deliberately.
Struktur: Even when it gets hectic, you maintain a cool head, organize your To-Dos diligently, and work reliably.
Neugier & Drive: You don't settle for the status quo. You have a desire to establish hypotheses, test things, and continuously develop yourself.
Teamplayer: You work independently, but are not afraid to ask questions. You communicate clearly and enjoy growing together with the team.
Bonus: First certifications (e.g., Google Ads Skillshop) are not a must, but show us your engagement.
