Your tasks with us:

With your performance mindset, you recognize potential in Google Ads accounts and turn clicks into profitable customers.

You steer campaigns across the entire Google universe – from Search to Performance Max to YouTube – always keeping an eye on target ROAS and growth.

As a Google Ads Specialist, you develop scalable strategies, test new approaches, and optimize campaigns data-drivenly to perfection.

You work closely with our strategists, creators, and analysts to get the most out of every budget.

Your drive: Increase performance, test new paths in campaign structure, and celebrate successes together with the team.

Qualifikation

What you bring:

• At least 2 years of experience in managing Google Ads campaigns
• Safe handling of Google Ads, Google Analytics 4, Tag Manager, and Merchant Center
• You think in ROAS, conversion rate, and profitability – not clicks
• You keep track even with multiple customer projects and prioritize efficiently
• You continuously test new strategies, ad texts, and structures to maximize results
• Your focus lies on performance, efficiency, and sustainable growth for our customers
• You work independently, structured, and communicate clearly in the team
• You share your knowledge gladly, bring new impulses, and enjoy growing together
