We are a small but fine Performance Marketing Agency that specializes exclusively in Google Ads for online shops. Our office is located right in the heart of Munich's Maxvorstadt, with numerous lunch and after-work opportunities in the neighborhood. To further strengthen our team and take our boutique agency to the next level, we're looking for an experienced and ambitious Google Ads Account Manager. If you're a Google Ads expert with scaling minimums, want to take on independent responsibility for customer accounts, and would like to actively shape our consulting product, then you're exactly right!

Tasks

Your tasks

• Planning and implementation: You plan, set up, and optimize SEA campaigns (Google Ads, Bing Ads) with monthly budgets of 5 to 6 figures.
• Reporting and strategy: You analyze tracking data, create performance reports, and derive recommendations from them.
• Campaign optimization: You continuously monitor and analyze SEA key figures to optimize campaigns and increase ROI.
• Customer consulting: You consult customers in weekly hour-long meetings on a comprehensive online marketing basis and have a significant influence on their growth.
• Process design: You actively contribute to the development and further development of our consulting product and bring your ideas and experiences into play.

Qualification

Your profile

• Experience and knowledge: You have at least 2 years of proven experience in implementing SEA campaigns for eCom companies, as well as comprehensive knowledge of the corresponding tools (Google Ads, Google Analytics, feed optimization, etc.)
• Performance orientation: You have a deep understanding of performance-driven analyses and tracking on an advanced level.
• Communication skills: You can explain complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner and possess excellent German and English language skills in writing and speaking.
• Proactivity: You are characterized by independent and structured working habits, work independently, and are always ready to bring in new ideas and developments.
• A study or comparable training is an advantage but not a must.
