• Full Responsibility: You manage your own campaigns with daily budgets in the five-figure range - independently and performance-oriented.
• Performance-Driven Marketing: Planning, scaling, and A/B testing with a clear focus on revenue, ROI, and growth.
• Creative Strategy: Developing headlines and creatives that deliver clicks and conversions.
• Data & Analysis: Daily evaluation of relevant KPIs to underpin creative decisions with clear numbers.
• Testing & Optimization: You test permanent new funnels, ad concepts, and creatives to find the next performance breakthrough.

Qualifikation

• Google Advertising Expert: Experienced with four- to five-figure daily budgets and successful scaling.
• Performance Mindset: You love seeing results, interpreting data, and improving strategies.
• Creative Thinking: You have a sense for trends, storytelling, and psychological triggers and develop ads that perform.
• Analytical Strength: Numbers and KPIs are not chaos to you, but your tool for optimization.
• Ownership & Drive: You take responsibility, act proactively, and want to see results.
• Technical Understanding: You are familiar with tracking, reporting, and AI tools for efficiency improvement.
• Hands-on: You test, measure, optimize, and celebrate your results.
