Responsibilities

What you do

• You will take full responsibility for our Google Ads campaigns - from strategy to implementation.
• You will run Search Campaigns for companies looking for sales professionals
• You will optimize our Ads for sales professionals looking for sales jobs
• You will also scale the account on YouTube
• You will report directly to the founder

Qualifications

Who we are looking for

• You are hungry for growth
• Experience with HR Search Campaigns on Google – you know how to perform in a recruiting context, classic e-commerce Google Ads are irrelevant for us
• You can set up tracking yourself without anyone holding your hand
• You have already set up and run YouTube Campaigns
• Best case: You come from the recruiting environment - ideally with experience on both sides, attracting applicants and acquiring new clients
• You are eager to advance a market-leading product with proven product-market fit
• Bonus, not a must: You can also do Meta Ads - but our focus is clearly on Google Ads

Important to know

Performance is what counts with us. We are not looking for someone who clocks in a few hours for an hourly rate - we are looking for someone who wants to deliver results and will be compensated accordingly. Compensation is results-oriented, not purely time-based.

The role is primarily intended as Freelance, 100% Remote. If you are a top candidate, permanent employment is also possible.
