With our brands simplyright.de, abo-hilfe.de, inkassohilfe.de, and smartkündigen.de, we reach tens of thousands of people every month via Google. Now we are bringing our performance marketing in-house.

Your Responsibilities

• You will take responsibility for our Google Ads accounts (Search, Performance Max, Call Campaigns) with a monthly budget in the high five-figure range.

• You will manage bidding strategies (tCPA, tROAS), budgets, and campaign structure, and optimize for actual sales, not clicks.

• You will build clean conversion tracking: Offline Conversions, Enhanced Conversions, and custom conversion actions. You will work closely with our developers on this.

• You will test new channels such as Meta Ads and TikTok Ads and build them up.

• You will report weekly to management: Cost per lead, cost per sale, ROAS.

What You Bring

• At least 2 years of experience with Google Ads in your own responsibility (mandatory)

• Confident handling of Smart Bidding, Offline Conversion Uploads, and Google Tag Manager

• Experience with Meta Ads and/or TikTok Ads is a big plus

• You think in numbers and results and enjoy working independently

• Very good German
