To further develop our paid ads activities, we are looking for a freelance Google Ads Expert (m/w/d), who not only manages but actively improves, scales, and strategically develops our campaigns.

100% remote, short decision-making paths, and plenty of responsibility.

Tasks

🎯 Tasks

• Monitoring & Optimization of ongoing Google Ads Campaigns (Search, Brand, PMAX, Display/YouTube)
• Creation of new campaigns & ad groups (including keyword- & intent-based logic)
• Scales successful campaigns while maintaining efficiency
• Drawing conclusions from data (Search Terms, Auctions, Conversion Paths)
• Tight coordination with Marketing & Management + Reporting (short paths, clear goals)

Qualification

• Mind. 2 years of performance experience with Google Ads
• Numerous experiences in the SaaS-Environment
• Ideal experience in the HR- / Recruiting-Feld or Lead Generation for complex products
• Familiarity with GTM
• Comfortable working with:
• Campaign Structure & Scaling
• Entrepreneurial Thinking: You think in results, not just clicks
• Self-directed, structured work style
