What you will do: Design and evolve scalable backend services and APIs Write and review production-grade Go code Make pragmatic decisions around service boundaries, reliability, performance, and operability Improve systems running in Kubernetes-based environments Lead complex technical initiatives from problem definition to production Mentor engineers and raise the quality of technical discussions and reviews Collaborate with product, engineering, and operations teams What you bring: Deep, hands-on experience with Go Strong knowledge of Kubernetes and containerized production systems Experience designing and operating microservices and distributed systems Solid understanding of APIs, asynchronous processing, observability, and failure handling A track record of delivering reliable systems—not only designing them Sound engineering judgment and the ability to explain trade-offs clearly Confidence working with ambiguity and taking ownership of complex problems Professional English communication skills A strong bonus: Practical experience using AI coding tools to accelerate development, testing, debugging, or code review Experience introducing AI-assisted workflows without compromising security, quality, or engineering judgment Background in networking, telecommunications, observability, or high-volume data platforms We value engineers who prefer clear trade-offs over fashionable abstractions, working software over elaborate diagrams, and measurable improvements over technical theatre.
