We’re looking for a driven and resourceful GoHighLevel (GHL) Specialist to join our team. You’ll be responsible for managing our GHL community, supporting clients with their setup and growth, and ensuring we provide maximum value to those who have signed up through our link. This role combines technical expertise with client-facing support and sales outreach, so strong communication skills and a proactive attitude are a must.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow the GHL community, ensuring members receive support and value.
• Build out automations, snapshots, and templates to help users succeed with GHL.
• Run support Zoom calls with clients to troubleshoot, guide, and share best practices.
• Conduct sales outreach to trial users, cancellations, and inactive accounts to re-engage and convert.
• Handle internal company GHL projects, workflows, and optimizations.
• Develop and deliver resources, freebies, and templates to strengthen client relationships.

Requirements

• The candidate must be based in LATAM
• Proven experience working with GoHighLevel (automations, snapshots, workflows).
• Strong written and spoken English with excellent client-facing communication skills.
• Sales or customer success experience with the ability to re-engage and close clients.
• Tech-savvy, resourceful, and capable of problem-solving on the spot.
• Highly motivated, hungry to learn, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
• Availability to work full-time, with flexibility for client calls across time zones.
