Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate the activities of the cleaning staff, ensuring that all public areas and rooms are impeccable. Manage the inventory of cleaning supplies, making orders as needed. Establish and maintain standards for cleanliness and organization throughout the hotel. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Develop and implement strategies to improve cleaning processes and reduce waste. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth operation. Provide guidance and training to team members. Conduct regular inspections to identify areas for improvement. Implement corrective actions as necessary. Maintain accurate records of inventory, supplies, and equipment. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
