This position was born to build structures and systems that ensure the success of our client's business, as well as to lead and manage the company's operations with a focus on quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities: • To design, implement, and maintain effective operational processes and procedures that ensure the efficient management of the company's services. • To develop and implement strategies for continuous improvement and innovation in the provision of housekeeping services. • To lead and manage a team of professionals responsible for providing housekeeping services to hotels. • To establish and maintain relationships with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders. • To analyze and interpret data related to the company's operations and make informed decisions to drive business growth. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hotel Management or a related field. • Minimum 5 years of experience in hotel management or a related field. • Proven track record of success in managing and leading teams. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Knowledge of the hospitality industry and its trends.
