Job description
Personnel are sought to fill two positions as housekeeper or head housekeeper in a center in Canet d'en Berenguer. Training as a nursing assistant and leadership skills are required, acting with autonomy, initiative, and responsibility to coordinate and supervise the general services of the center. The selected individuals will be responsible for organizing the staff under their charge and ensuring the correct functioning of the services, following the directives of management. Among their functions will be the management of purchases and relations with suppliers, the preparation of shifts, control of materials and inventory, and supervision of the dining service in coordination with the kitchen. They will also control daily services, supervise the condition of food in rooms along with the healthcare team, and ensure sanitary conditions in external services. Furthermore, they will manage work clothing, supervise the compliance with tasks, hygiene, and uniformity of the staff, provide occasional support to the team, and communicate incidents to management. An indefinite full-time contract is offered, with a salary between 1,240 and 1,450 euros. The position is in-person in Canet d'en Berenguer.
