Go-To-Market Working Student: Marketing & Content

We are a young, rapidly growing, and self-financed ('bootstrapped') startup that develops AI agents for sales support in the manufacturing and wholesale industries.

Our customers often come from the German Mittelstand and sell sensors, medical devices, or hygiene products. Inquiries and orders usually reach companies via email and are currently processed manually by sales support. This is very time-consuming and expensive – and steals valuable capacity for sales-promoting activities. Our AI agents independently capture orders, create quotes, advise on products, or forward emails to the right contact person. This increases efficiency by >75%.

Tasks

As a Go-To-Market Working Student, you will take Marketing and Content at enmit to the next level. You will work closely with Nicolas, our founder. You will be given responsibility from the start and the freedom to drive things forward yourself. This includes, among other things:

• Get others to talk about us (from press and blog articles to podcast and interview invitations)
• Talk about us (Content Creation for Social Media, creation of educational content (company blog, video))
• Provide us with stages (Preparation and follow-up for webinars, events (sourcing opportunities, coordination, promotion))
• Improve our brand visibility (SEO & GEO, newsletters, social media advertising, creation of presentations)

Qualification

• You are creative, enjoy storytelling, and have a feel for what works in B2B marketing in 2026
• Great curiosity and an untamed will to learn new things characterize you. You are known for your quick comprehension
• Ideally, you already have experience in marketing / content creation and have achieved clear, impressive results
• You quickly integrate new AI tools into your workflow
• You want to work 20 hours a week, 90% in person at our office in Munich
• Your German is at native speaker level, your English at C1/C2 level
