Go-to-Market Engineer (m/f/d)

We are building the software that property and rental managers use to organize their daily work legally compliant and without media breaks, comprehensive and modern, but affordable, for the digital age of the real estate industry. Property management is one of the most analog industries in Germany, and that's exactly what we want to change.

Our team combines experience from daily property management with the IT know-how of an innovative tech company. Since our founding in 2020, we have grown from practice for practice. We are a team of 26 people in Brühl near Cologne who take responsibility seriously and make decisions quickly.

We are growing, and with us, the demands on our infrastructure across marketing, sales, and customer success are growing too. For this, we are not looking for someone who manages HubSpot, but someone who builds it: structures, automations, and tracking that cleanly map the entire journey from first contact to long-term customer relationships. You will report directly to our CRO.

Responsibilities

• You will take over HubSpot as the central infrastructure for marketing, sales, and customer success and build structures that scale with our growth.
• You will develop automations that take manual work off our teams, from content automation and lead routing to automated processes in customer success, such as onboarding new customers.
• You will build workflows with n8n or comparable low-code tools that connect systems that previously ran side-by-side.
• You will strategically use AI where it brings real added value: in research, optimization, data enrichment, or content creation.
• If necessary, you will also build a landing page in Webflow or a tracking setup that shows us what is actually working on the path to the customer.
• You will work closely with marketing, sales, and customer success and understand their processes well enough to translate them into systems that are truly helpful in daily operations.

Qualifications

• Good to very good HubSpot knowledge: You have already built structures, not just maintained them, and know how workflows, properties, and automations interact.
• Advanced experience with automation using low-code or no-code tools like n8n.
• Genuine interest in AI and what it can achieve in a business context. You don't have to be a professional, but you have already experimented, learned, and know where AI really helps and where it doesn't.
• A systems view: You think in processes across team boundaries, not in individual tickets, you have the overall system in mind, and you know how a change in one area affects another.
• Tech affinity that goes beyond HubSpot. A tool like Webflow doesn't scare you.
• Enthusiasm to contribute to shaping a startup, rather than managing in an established process.

We are not looking for someone who already knows everything. We are looking for someone with a genuine interest in the task. Someone who not only knows about automation and AI but enjoys taking them into their own hands. It is important that you have already used AI or automation in a business context, not just experimented with them privately. This could be someone with initial experience who wants to delve deeper, or someone with extensive experience who is eager for the next level. You don't have to be a senior or expert for this. What matters is that you enjoy the building process itself, not just the outcome.
