We are seeking a highly organized and technically skilled individual to take on a hybrid Quality Assurance Lead and Project Manager (PM/QA) role. This position's primary goal (accounting for 80% of the role) is to own and ensure the ongoing quality of the nearshore development team's product, while also handling essential project management and coordination duties (20% of the role). This is a critical, hands-on role requiring strong skills in both QA execution and project leadership, particularly in terms of planning, organizing, and controlling projects. The ideal candidate will have experience in software testing, quality assurance, and project management, with a strong understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum principles. Additionally, the successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
