The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering projects from concept to completion. Key responsibilities include: • Developing project plans, schedules, and budgets • Coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution • Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards • Providing technical guidance and support to project team members • Collaborating with clients to understand their needs and deliver projects that meet their expectations. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field • 14-18 years of experience in structural steel erection and Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB) • Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and industry standards • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities • Proficiency in MS Office and ability to learn new software applications • Certification in Project Management or related field is desirable.
