GM NZ Finance Manager

Job Description Work Arrangement _This role is categorized as On-site. This means the successful candidate is expected to report to New Zealand Headquarter & Cadillac Auckland Experience Centre full time._ The Role The Finance Manager will report directly to GM ANZ CFO (based in Melbourne, Australia). What You'll Do: The Finance Manager's responsibilities include but are not limited to: Key finance business partner for the GM NZ leadership team - owning financial operations, forecasting, planning and budgeting. Provide strategic financial guidance to support business decisions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes. Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements. Analyze and interpret financial data to inform business decisions. Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes as needed. What You'll Need: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in finance management role. Strong understanding of financial planning and budgeting principles. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
