Experience Required: 15+ years in B2B industrial marketing/sales, preferably in transformer or electrical component industry

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented General Manager – Marketing to lead our marketing and business development efforts for CRGO steel, copper components, and transformer radiator products. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of the power and transformer industry, strong leadership capabilities, and a proven track record in industrial B2B marketing and sales.

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to achieve revenue targets across product lines (CRGO, copper, radiators).

• Identify new markets, segments, and customers domestically and internationally.

• Build brand awareness and market positioning through digital and traditional marketing channels.

• Lead and manage the national and international sales teams.

• Build long-term relationships with OEMs, transformer manufacturers, EPC contractors, and government utilities.

• Develop pricing strategies and oversee contract negotiations.

• Provide market intelligence to support R&D and product innovation.

• Analyze industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback to adapt marketing strategies.

• Collaborate with the production and engineering teams for product customization based on market needs.

• Recruit, mentor, and manage a high-performing marketing and sales team.

• Set clear KPIs and performance goals.

• Conduct regular reviews and training sessions to align team performance with business objectives.

• Prepare annual marketing budgets, forecasts, and reports.

• Oversee participation in trade fairs, exhibitions, and technical seminars.
